Hospital under siege: The evil hand revealed

Naruto wakes up in the hospital after recovering for three days. There he meets Shikamaru, who is visiting Chôji. Sakura, meanwhile, goes to visit Lee and notices no one at the hospital reception desk. She feels something strange after changing Lee's flowers, but she sees nothing, so she leaves for Naruto. But the strange presence is still there, and is a real danger: Gaara.
